The outdoor facilities are very luxurious. The house has a pool, spa, a tennis court, cedar hot tub and a fireplace on the main terrace. The house has a few historical touches such as the octagonal barn with ten stalls and a fenced paddock which was built in 1925. The house was built in 1940. The house also has an apple orchard, three fenced and covered vegetable beds, and a formal lawn.
