Brie Larson sprinted hard in her Captain Marvel costume on Thursday while filming in Los Angeles.

The 28-year-old Oscar-winning actress had a determined look on her face while running in her long-sleeved green and black costume.

Brie also was spotted between takes in a tight black workout top worn underneath her superhero outfit.

She had her golden blonde hair down around her shoulders in wild curls and showed her natural beauty without makeup.

Brie plays the title role in the first female-led film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Captain Marvel is due out in theaters on March 8, 2019 as the 21st film by Marvel Studios.

Brie plays U.S. Air Force pilot Carol Danvers who becomes one of the most powerful heroes in the galaxy after Earth is caught in the center of an intergalactic conflict between two alien worlds.

Captain Marvel will be set in the 1990s and also will star Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Clark Gregg and Jude Law.

Principal photography on Captain Marvel started on March 19 in Los Angeles.

Filming is scheduled to take place in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and New Orleans before principal photography concludes on May 11.

Captain Marvel will come out after Ant-Man And The Wasp scheduled for release in July 2018 but before the Avengers: Infinity War sequel due out in May 2019.

Brie starred in the 2015 drama Room based on the Emma Donoghue novel of the same name.

She won the Oscar for Best Actress for her portrayal of a kidnapping victim in the film.
